How to Order :

The payment of the order is made after validation of your shopping cart. Payment means are :

Order tracking :

There are two menus to follow the commands.
Current order menu : Displays orders whose payment has not yet been validated.
An uncommitted order remains 1 month , then it is automatically deleted:


Order history : displays the order history made on the Ovegna.com site and already validated:

You can edit validated orders invoices at any time by clicking on the command line displayed on the column "Edit Invoice".



Understanding your bill :

An invoice contains detailed information about your purchase.
In the case of entering a promotional code the prices before and after application of the rates are displayed in your invoice.


Application of VAT: Dans le cas ou vous êtes résident dans un pays n'étant pas applicable à  la TVA, celle ci s'affichera à  "0 %".
Finally, the total amount containing taxes and freight charges is added to the bottom of your invoice.



Pre-delivery tracking:

In your owner Ovegna account, you can see in any time the status of your orders in menu ""Order in progress".


Returns within 15 days: :

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. A return number is required to process a recovery: you can get it by contacting us through the below . Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The withdrawal period is open to our individual customers and concerns the whole of our catalog, With the exception of custom components or computers and software and consumables unsealed. Once you have your return number, you have 15 days to return the product.

Follow-up before delivery.
In your Ovegna account, you have at any time the status of your orders , menu "Order in progress".

Security of payments:

Credit card payments are made in full at the end of the order. All credit card payments are 100% guaranteed by Crédit Agricole's E-Transaction platform, in accordance with French and international interbank security systems. E-Transaction allows the user to make his purchases online safely and serenely. When you pay for the order, you are automatically redirected to the bank's server via a secure transaction in SSL mode. The card number and all exchanges are then encrypted between your Internet browser and the E-Transaction server of the bank.


Shipping & Transportation :

Ovegna products are prepared when order is confirmed. The preparation time is between 4 to 8 working days - excluding weekends and holidays. This corresponds to the unpacking, printing and packaging time of the products of the order.
When the package is dispatched, a message is automatically sent to the customer's email box informing him of the shipment of the package with possibly the follow-up link. Ovegna.com is using :
 

For Europe, the delivery period is between 4 to 7 days, depending on the area served.
The parcel will be deposited directly in your mailbox by the carriers with a signed signature for orders containing light or heavy products.
With the delivery mode Chronopost or DHL, a link accompanied by a tracking number will be sent to you by email to trace the delivery of your package online. The parcel is presented directly at the place of delivery by the deliverers where a notice of passage is given if necessary.

PRICES :
If for any reason you can not recover your order, a third party can receive the order on presentation of the email containing the withdrawal code, your identity document and a signed certificate stating that you (name and address) First name), give your agreement that Mr./Ms (surname and first name) will get the Order (order number) for you. Non compliance :

You should receive any product(s) delivered that is defective, damaged or not corresponding to your Order, and you have not refused it on receipt, you will have to return the Product (s) Following the procedure described below (Returns & Exchanges) and related to the right of withdrawal at the bottom of all product pages. Upon receipt of the returned Products, Ovegna will, according to your choice, exchange, refund your Product (s) or hand over a credit note.


Returns & Exchange :

We do not accept returns related to deteriorated or delivered incorrectly products and without their original packaging.

You can return the products to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.
To do this, simply:
- We send the product properly packed to avoid any deterioration.
- Contact us with a letter or word with all the product information, namely the product reference, your name and full address and the date of purchase and proof of purchase (invoice or purchase order).

Defective product:

When you return Defective Products, you have the option of requesting an exchange within the limit of stocks. You only have to specify it when you return the Products. In order to benefit from an exchange from the Site, we invite you to contact Customer Service . You also have the option of requesting the exchange of your Products in one of the participating Ovegna stores of your choice in mainland France (excluding Corsica). The exchange can only be carried out on presentation of the invoice in cash, invoice which will be available in your space "My account" and which you must print. No refunds will be made in store. In any case, an exchange may be possible only within the limits of Ovegna's stocks.


Refund Conditions :

We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your item which, after reflection, would not suit you.

Not included :
- Items that have been specially ordered or made to measure.
- decellophaned CD, DVD, software and video games.
- Mobile phones linked to an operator connection at the time of purchase.

Exchange (if you ask for it and according to the availability of the said product) or the refund are made with the product delivered in its original packaging, intact and on presentation of the receipt or delivery note.
