Can I order an item that is not on the site?
You can order an article that you do not find on the site by contacting us and specifying the desired technical characteristics: model, storage, memory, etc ... We will contact you by email by sending you the estimated price.

Can I modify my order?
For your order to be delivered as quickly as possible, it is directly supported and processed. It is therefore no longer possible to modify it. If your package does not suit you, you can return it or refuse it at the time of delivery.

The article received is not the article ordered?
Simply return it in its original packaging and return it, specifying the article number (see SKU number on the items) and freeing it from the price in effect at your expense to:

Your package does not contain all the items ordered?
When an order has several items and if one of the items ordered is out of stock, we will keep you informed but we never send a partial order (missing items). We systematically rechecked the order several times before shipping. That said, there could be an error in its preparation of this fact, thank you to contact us and specify the missing article. We you send it at our expense.

How can I benefit promotion code ?
Beyond three orders, you will benefit from codes of automatic discounts sent to your email. This code is to be entered on your next order.

What happens to your personal information?
The information requested by Ovegna is obligatory and necessary for the registration and the follow-up of your order, the commercial management and the quality of the customer relations.

What if the received product is damaged?
You are obliged to refuse the parcel when it is obviously in bad condition (damaged, crushed, punctured ...). Do not sign the delivery note unless you guarantee a package in good condition with the deliveryman .However, you have 48 hours for us contact and request an exchange.
